• Step 1: Home preparation
  Declutter your home and remove any unnecessary items are the best steps to begin. Once you had rid your home of excess, then clean from top to bottom including storage areas and closets as organized storage areas appear larger and accommodating.Finally, rearrange your furniture so that it shows off the space best. Enhance your curb appeal and add flowers to your landscaping or pots by the front steps to make the home as warm and inviting as possible.

• Step 2: Setting the price
  Many things such as market conditions, comparables, interest rates and your home’s location and condition will influence your asking price. Current and sold comparables will be provided, but it is ultimately the seller that will set the asking price.

• Step 3: Negotiating an offer
  Perhaps one of the most complex parts of the sales process is when you get an offer. Whether you have one offer or are lucky enough to have several, I can help you with advice for a strategy to achieve your goals.

• Step 4: Plan your move
  Once you have accepted and finalized an offer then you can begin planning your move. The good news is much of the cleaning and organizing has already been done prior to listing the home for sale which will make things easier. Now you can begin
